Most talent firms still treat screening as a stack of independent checks: a screening call, a technical interview, a coding exercise, maybe a culture fit. Those signals are useful, but they're rarely combined into a defensible ranking.

We built our screening platform around a different premise: every signal is a score, every score is auditable, and the ranking that lands on a hiring manager's desk is the product of all of them — not the most recent one.

The output is a shortlist that compresses what used to take two weeks into 48 hours.
